I served as new business development AE for the packaging division of International Paper, Shorewood Packaging. I specialize in healthcare, consumer electronics and consumer goods packaging - particularly folding cartons and blister cards with value-add features. I worked directly with IP on market-driven, special projects. I recommended four patentable concepts to IP in a 3 year period - one pharma, one sustainable CPG product made form paper, and one blistercard " hybrid". Outside of work, I'm an adjunct teacher of branding at local colleges and an active member of IoPP's Sustainability Committee, and Educational Subcommittee.

My role was to sell into Wal-Mart, JC Penney and SEARS while working closely with NC hosiery mills for textile packaging. Gained 100 percent of Sears' business through an aggressive sales strategy. C & A provided capabilities brochures, structural comps for packaging clients, and print advertising for packaging trade publications, videos, as well as convention displays, etc. Other B2B accounts ranged from Homelite/Textron to IBM to GE.
